Our Solutions
CCS is a company of which main products is its services – our focus is to produce steel parts of high complexity, according to technical standards and customer demand. Thus, our field of action is vast: we serve from companies that demand first operations items (cutting and bending) to customers who use all our technical and technological support in welding, painting, and assembly of sets.
Machines and Agricultural Implements
CCS operates in the agricultural machinery segment, manufacturing medium and large-sized metal parts and assemblies for Planters, Sugarcane Harvesters, Grain Harvesters, Sprayers and Tractors. Our parts are used from soil preparation, through planting, spraying, harvesting, and food transportation. We are present in all phases of Agricultural Production.
Paving, Mining and Construction
One of CCS’s main portfolios is the production of large assemblies for the world’s largest manufacturers of machinery for Civil Construction, Paving and Mining. We are present in all phases, from soil preparation and leveling, material handling, to the finalization of the works. Among the main products manufactured are parts for Motor Graders, Crawler Tractors, Excavators, Backhoe Loaders and Loaders.
Material Handling and Forklifts
In the Material Handling Segment, CCS produces chassis and components for electric and combustion forklift trucks from major manufacturers, placing our products in large distribution centers such as WalMart, Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza, among others, in addition to supermarket supply, material loading and unloading. The materials that our Agricultural customers produce are moved by our forklift trucks.
